Smooth Tofu. Life isn't so good without food.

How does it feels like going back to uni for Malaysian Studies when your classmates are having 3 months of summer break? Sucks.

How does it feels like counting down day by day for the release of result? Sucks.

How does it feels like having pimples growing all over your face and it just wouldnt disappear? Sucks.

How does it feels like having stitches on your gum after a surgery and it hurts even when you are trying to smile? Sucks to the max. I have to aviod lots of yummy food T_T

Yeah, life is pretty sucky these days.

A very simple smooth tofu dish with cheap and easily available ingredients.

1 block of smooth tofu
Sliced big onion
Some dried shrimp, blended
Soy sauce + water + sugar

Cut the tofu into cubes and steam or microwave it. I microwaved it for 2minutes. Discard any water.
Saute onion until soft and add in blended dried shrimp.
Continue saute until fragrant, mix in soy sauce and water in the ratio of 2:1 and a tablespoon of sugar.
Pour the sauce over tofu.
