Healthy Enokitake Soup

My gum had recovered, so it's time to cook again!
Felt like going healthy today, so i cooked a pot of soup with a kinds of vitamins and minerals (i hope?). haha

What i like about this soup is that it doesnt has a fixed recipe or ingredients. Just put in whatever you feel like eating. I dont even have a name for the soup. All i can say is its unlike the normal ABC or lotus root or those common soup we have.

To keep it healthy and fatless, i use dried shrimps for flavour instead of bones. Boiled it for 10minutes and i took the shrimps out coz i dont like eating it.

Then boiled the soup with water chetsnut to give some crunchiness to the soup.

The main ingredients i've chosen for the soup are cabbage, pork, golden needle mushroom and tofu.

Boil everything in low heat for 30minutes. Add salt and shaoxing rice wine (绍兴酒) and it's done!

You can add some carrots, celery or egg? Your stomach will tell you what to put in it =D

I am planning to go down to Malacca for a food trip some time soon.

What is the food i miss most in Malacca?
Not chicken rice ball, nor cendol, nor satay celuk.
Its Mille Crepe! OMG yum yum yum. Can't wait! =D
